Free & Confidential Appointments +

Navigating an unplanned pregnancy can be overwhelming. Whether you’re considering abortion, parenting or adoption, we are here to listen and care for you in a safe and peaceful environment and provide free and confidential services without pressure or judgment. We’ll equip you with knowledge and resources so you can plan your next steps with confidence.

A medical appointment at Thrive can help you:

  • Confirm you’re carrying a viable pregnancy - clarify a false positive pregnancy test result, confirm cardiac activity.

  • Know how far along you are - critical information for assessing your abortion options or birth plan.

  • Rule out an ectopic pregnancy - early detection is key.

  • Find out if you’re carrying twins.

  • Gain knowledge - understand what’s happening in your body, gain accurate information on your pregnancy options including risks, costs and resources.

  • Process how you’re feeling - slow down in a safe place with a non-judgemental listening ear.

For non-medical appointments, like Thrive Forward mentorship sessions, please call our office at 231-929-3488.

Ultrasounds

To schedule an ultrasound it’s best to call us at 231-929-3488 so that our team can help you quickly assess when/if you’re medically eligible for a confirmation ultrasound. If you’re unable to call, or are calling on a day that we’re closed, you may request an ultrasound by using our online scheduler, but we’re not able to guarantee an ultrasound until we can talk with you to determine whether or not you are medically eligible. If it turns out that you are not eligible for an ultrasound, we can help recommend another service or next steps. We’re here to help!
