As the only clinic in the Grand Traverse Area to provide free confirmation ultrasounds, we believe this essential safety screen should be accessible without cost. Our licensed sonographer checks for ectopic pregnancy, and determines how far along the pregnancy is – which are both important regardless of the pregnancy options one is considering.Your Support System Matters
No matter what, everyone deserves a safe place to feel seen and cared for, and to have access to resources and support. If your support system is limited, we are honored to step into that gap.
We believe every person facing an unplanned pregnancy – whether they are considering abortion, parenting, or adoption – deserves free access to a confirmation ultrasound, and empowering information and resources to help them thrive.
Thrive Medical Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit medical clinic, with licensed medical personnel on staff. We specialize in pregnancy-confirmation services; we do not provide or refer for abortions, and we are not an OB/GYN clinic. Thrive is the first step - a safe place to navigate an unplanned pregnancy, without pressure or judgement.
All services are no-cost to patients because we are 100% funded by our amazing community.

While Thrive is founded on our Christian faith, patients are never expected or required to share these beliefs. We do not discriminate based on a patient’s beliefs, pregnancy decisions, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, age, disability, or socioeconomic status. Every person who walks through our doors is welcomed and cared for.
